Blogmas Day 6: The mascara I can't stop buying
I have ALWAYS and will ALWAYS be a lover of mascara.
I remember going to a huge walmart when I was younger and looking for my *first mascara ever*. There were rows and rows, Taylor swift was currently the face of Almay , and I was ogling over everything in the aisles. I was looking for natural, sophisticated, and fun. I asked for the Taylor Swift mascara but walked home with a big blue tube of the Cover Girls Professional mascara. What made it professional? I don’t know really. What was it like? V Clumpy, but I still loved it!
While It’s been years since my first mascara shop I’m ALWAYS the same way when I go into any store with mascara. I'm always looking for another kind to try and love. I have gone through SO many of the Maybelline mascaras (Colossal was a fave a couple years back, The Rocket amazed me in a past January, and the Lash Sensational blew me away and is in a couple past posts). The thing is, I always feel like I need a change at some point. There was only so much time until I had to move on from Lash Sensational! And move on I did.
I am currently on my sixth tube of the L’Oreal Voluminous Lash Paradise mascara and I'm obsessed. I picked it up during the summer months when it first launched and I haven't stopped using it since. It’s the PERFECT voluminous mascara! It lifts lashes at their roots, lengthens, makes them dramatic, and volumizes them with a single coat.
It’s my miracle lash product!
It’s SO long wearing. I can have amazing lashes from morning to night. The black shades don’t have a grey tint, which I find a lot of mascaras can have. It’s truly black and dramatic! The waterproof version stays on through everything, and the regular one has lasted me through almost everything.
